All our beverages are made with 2% milk from Hewitt's Dairy, skim is available on request. For non-dairy alternatives we offer soy, almond or oat milk. We use Monin syrups, which are all sweetened with cane sugar and organic whenever possible.

House-Made Food
Mulberry prides itself on using organic and local ingredients as often as possible.
All our food and baked goods are made in house.
We source local and organic ingredients whenever possible and prepare our sauces, dressings and meats in house. The Hamilton Farmer's Market is home to some of our suppliers; we get our aged cheddar from Sam's Cheese and our chicken and turkey from Anissa's. We have vegetarian and vegan panini options served on our house-made focaccia, as well as gluten free bread available. Our chili and daily soup are always vegan and no gluten added.

A few important notes:
The Mulberry kitchen is NOT a nut free facility. We use a variety of different nuts in our products. Although we offer product that do not contain nuts, we do not guarantee that it is nut free.
We make our gluten free flour blend in house. We carry gluten free product but do not guarantee that it is fully gluten free. We also bake product with regular flour in the same kitchen.
We can not guarantee that cross contamination does not happen in our kitchen due to the fact that we use these products often.
